[Resolved]  Tapi Sahakari Patpedhi — Non refund of Fixed deposit amount

Dear Sir / madam,

My father and sister has deposited money in Tapi Sahakari Pathpedhi at Vasai Branch. The amount is Rs 50000/- in name of Ms Mamta Receipt No.001459 dtd 13/02/2007 due date 13/03/2008 and Rs 50000/- in name of Mr Girish Recript No.004910 dtd 08/06/2007 due date 08/07/2008, but till date we have not received a single penny from it also they have closed down Vasai branch.

Main branch is located at Chopda, Tapi Bhavan. Jalgaon 425107, contact no.[protected], 223674, Chairman Name Dr Suresh Pandit Borole. Tapi Pathpedhi is having many branches at Virar, Pune, Dombivali etc and we have even given written complaint at most of the branches but till date we have not received any response from anyone.
We have even complaint in written at A.R office / DDR, Tamtalo, Vasai, but no action has been taken yet. Mr Mohd Arif Ph. [protected] is the AR officer.

Manager of Tapi Sahakari Pathpedhi are, Mr Gaikwad - [protected] and Mr Jagtap - [protected]

We are in a state of depression and in urgent need of money, we thus request you to do the needful at the earliest.

the tapi sahkari pathpedi at pune br is not paying the fd amt and also not paying the int of the sb ac

dr borole is requested to hold a meeting of the fd holders and infm them of the action he is planning to help the depositors.it is heard that market value of the fd is being assessed at half and also chairman is offering plots in place of the fds.but the valuation of the plots offered by him has to be genuine and market rate.also some borrowers are offering their property in place of the fds but at half rate.mr borole is requested to call meet of all the fd holders and clarify the position

it is requeste to dr borole the chairman of tapi to display the list of the borrowers along with the loan amt and the property of the borrower which is available for sale.for pune investors he can display it in reg off at karve road .this will help the fd holders to cont the borrwers and help each other.

Tapi Sahakari Patpedhi — Non Refunded FD amount

I invested amount in Tapi Patpedhi. But after maturity of FD, bank can not refunded amount. Please suggest what I do?

Even I have invested in the form of FD, and these Tapi people have disappeared from Chandan nagar closing the branch. Government is protecting them. They should be brought to justice. i have r.d account in tapi nagari sahakari patpedi at panvel branch. but the tapi patpedi closed from 8 months ago. i complend to registrar with other investors but not response.
please help me for refund my amount.

i am shinde s.d has deposited money in Tapi Sahakari Pathpedhi at yamunanagar nigdi Branch. The amount is Rs 85000/- - in name of Mr Santosh dattaram shinde due date at 2013, but now i required money for my personel problems and we have even given written complaint at the yamunanagar/pune branches but till date we have not received any response from anyone.
please take action as early as possible.

I invested amount in Tapi Patpedhi( Nal stop branch ) . But after maturity(2008) of FD, bank can not refunded amount. Please suggest what I do?

my parents invest more than 1 lac in FD but there is no response from tapi sahkari patpedhi chopda
we want refund of investment pls. help me to get the solution

My father deposited more than 5 lakhs in form of fix- deposit in Taapi, Aurangabad branch. He was supposed to get his money back in 2008 but till now not a single paisa is paid. He requested them several times but then they closed their Aurangabad branch.
