Cheating (fraud) in company price by Rajkot dealer (speedwell motors-Rajkot)

I purchase TATA Indica Vista TDI model on 24/10/2011 with company price of Rs. 4,47,830/- (dealer price list of 01/08/2011actual price is 4,35,830 ).I shocked when I see dealer price list of 01/11/2011 in this price list dealer mention price of Rs.4,35,830/-. I complain in this regards to dealer and filed complain to TATA area manager Mr.Rajat Pattnayak since long time but still issue is pending I think he is not serious in this matter, it’s matter of fraud with customer and TATA Company and issue of TATA image.

I request you to take hard action against the dealer and refund money as early as possible pls.reply as early as possible so we take further action in this matter.
