[Resolved] Tata Indica Vista — Service and repair delayed for quite long

My car tata Indica Vista was met with an accident on March24th. My husband was driving. the car was towed and given for repairing in coimbatore TAFE where we bought the car. Only the right frontage was damaged.Till now the repair is not finished and the car is not yet delivered to us. What to do and whom to complain

I purchese acar indica vista quadrajet.chassis no-611421LRZPE2805, Engine no-100A[protected] being Registation no AS-02F-2512.that, the defects occured durig the period of warranty and the warranty is still subsisting.I am delivered the car to GoshBrothers AutoMobiles, Sundarpur, RGB Road GUWAHATI.and removal of the defects.My car is lying with for last 1years.
