Our Car No. JH 10T 6585 Indica Vista met with an accident on 01/02/2011. Your dealer (Classic Automobiles at Dhanbad) was informed on same day.
As per the advise of Anuj Kumar the car was sent to their dump yard on the same day at G.T. Road, Basumma, though no receipt was granted that the vehicle has been received by them.The claim form received by them without any date.
We could learn that the repair work of the vehicle has not been started. The car is still lying at their dump yard.
Please let us know the procedure to get the car repaired at your centre, and to get the insurance claim through the dealer as the insurance has been done by the dealer. How much time it will take to repair our car & when it will be delivered to us.
How much amount will be charged & what we have to pay.
No information is being provided to us after the expiry of 17 days including day of accident.
