[Resolved]  Tata Manza — demage plastic parts and unbelanceing and black smoke

I purchase brand new TATA MANZA Car on 21st december,2009 from Cargo Motors Pvt. Ltd. ,Opp. Rajpath club ,Ahmedabad .
On delivery we found some visual problem in new car we inform cargo executive .Their replay was on first service we will resolve all complain .
while driving this new car we found it gets unbelance when it is running at speed of 100 KM.and this problem is not normal because it donot have this problem regularly but some time it start automaticalty
this is big problem and cargo service engineer also notices on 7th january 2010. copy is enclosed
this they solved during first service from their side still problem is same .and other all problem are still pending. so please guide us how to resolve our problem we paid money for new car not experiencing at our cost .problem still alive and we paid full amount for WHAT ?
still we have not register our new car in RTO because of all this mejor problem .

i have also same issue on cargo moters, ahmedabad,
i am facing so many problems from New tata manza,
i had got the power window problem on second day of delivery & just 2 months has been passed inspite of its on solved, there total 15 problems in my new TATA manza car,
i have put in serives for a 7 times but none time they solved these issues,
finally i decided to enter legale case against TATA moters who cheats with customer,
no secruty, no quolity, no sence how to make car .
i gonna to do roadshow of this scrap cars ... if anybody facing same problems just join comunity on facebook & lets give very best anser to such type cheater .

I am having Mnza Elan purchased in 2011. I drove 1, 74, 000 KM and changed the timer chain once and clutch plates at 75, 000 KM and tyres at 75000KM 1st instance and 1, 50, 000KM at second instance. we cannot say this car is bad. But if you expect a sedan with so many features at low cost, the manufacturer has to compromise on some quality of plastics used in the spares. This is what we say, Tata cheats but it is not correct.
