[Resolved]  Tata Manza — after paying of full payment they are not delivered the car still ,one month have been passed

sir,

I have booked tata manza 28.04.10( po no:[protected]/31.03.10), ch.no: 026201/dated 28/04/2010, Cargo motars pvt.ltd ( dealer code : 1003700) ,amount : Rs.6,49,106/-,receipt no:bank-0473 dated 6/may/2010.They told me delevery time will be 10 to 15 days when I am booking.Now they are delaying for delevery and refused to give the resonable answer also they are telling we will return the payment due TATA company is delevering the car .

This is not fair such a big company delar says.

Please give the right direction to me ,I want car with in 5 days.Other wise the car will no use for me due to my personal reasence and other wise return the payment with interest.
