I have booked a car through ABS Motors (Dealer of Tata Motor Co), situated at sec- 29, Gurgaon. Due to some financial problem i dont able to purchase the car and ask to to said dealer to refund the boooking amount i.e. 10000/- which is i paid to dealer through cheque. The dealer harash me for than two months and refues to refund the amount. I visit the dealer office more than 10 times and also urge them on phone to refund the said amount but every time they refuse to refund my money.
I requested to you take a strong action against the said dealer, I hope you take action against this kind of offense and teach a lesson and give the order to said dealer to refund the money.
