This is to inform you that my vehicle is met with an accident & towed to Suyash motors varanasi(U.P.) job card no.-JC-suamot-vp[protected]date 25/07/12 & delivered to me on 27/08/12 oil sump,mobile oil,intercooler pipe etc. has been changed & i have made the payment in cash.After delivery there was leakage from mobile oil tank,exterior & interior were messed with paint sprays,Bushing has not been done which is causing a lot of noise & poor pick up.I have made a complaint to tata customer care complaint no.-1-[protected].My vehicle was called to suyash motors again on 4/10/12 & all the problems which were registerd by me was found correct at the service centre & they have been repaired(as told by service centre)vehicle is delivered to me on 06/10/12 evenig claiming that vehicle is in good condition,but i am again facing problems such as-
1-Engine overheating
2-Very very poor acceleration
3-Engine noise
4-my pain drive(used in music system) is missing
5-Mobile oil topped up is probably used one.I have contacted to suyash motors & they have accepted that my USB drive is with them but they are not accepting that there is any other problem with my vehicle.
.If there is any satisfactory solution please provide it to me.
