[Resolved]  Tata Tele Services Ltd — Poor Customer Service

I have been sent a courier through your so called reliable courier service.AWB#[protected] Delhi-Indore.
You have updated 02 numbers for your indore office which are never avaliable some times if the ring goes the lady there picks up the phone keeps it on the table.She does not know how to speak to your clients.
Would like to know that there are so many courier services can you afford to loose a customer because of an employee misbheviour.
Pls take action, & an apology is due to me.
