TATA Telecommunication — Harressment

I m TATA Product user Like Post paid Mobile , Prepaid Mobile, TATA Internet connection, TAT Wired Line, TAT Wireless Line 16 Connection.

Now a days i taken TATA Internet connection Executive came to our place and Explain Combo Plan ( With Lanline & Internet connection) in this plan Internet usage was Unlimited and agreed and submitted but Plan was Activated WL BIZ 499 COMBO DEL Plan ( Only 1 GB usage fee) after crossing limit all internet Upload / Download data will be chargable. I Many times informed all TATA Customer Executves the same but no one taken the same seriously finally i never paid bill.

Earlier i was using 2 wired line connection for which i mailed to tata to disconnect the line on 5th Dec 09 and now i have received bill for the period 7TH dEC 09 TO 06 jAN 2010 and tata telecallers are continuesly calling on phone for paid the bill many times i informed all that i already request for disconnect my line and i already paid my last bill amount then why u calling me cont. they told u have to go to gallery and disconnect your connection, whenever we visit gallery they told just send mail on our
cs.[protected]@tatatel.co.in this id your connection will be stopped.

Now which way to follow if we did as per call center instrcution will not get proper responce if we go to gallery we did not get any proper reply. and when we mailed on call center id cs.[protected]@tatatel.co.in connection was not stopped.

Now a day TATA People harressing me by continuesly calling on my phone. to replay amout. If i mailed TATA to stopped service on 05dec 09 theny why should i pay bill for the period 07 Dec 09 to 06 Jan 10.

All MNC are started harressing customer which is absolutely very bad and i feel government has to look into the same for all those bad practises.

MY COMPLAINT IS I HAVE CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE OFDEARFICE AT TATA . TO REPLACE MY TATA HANDSET, TATA OFFICER CAME TO MY HOUSE ON 15TH FEBRUARY , THEY TOLD TO ME GO TO TATA OFFICE AT KHANLATIF KHAN BULIDING IN HYDERABD . ON 16TH I HAVE TO OFFICE, BUT THE OFFICER HAS TAKEN MY NEW LG HANS SET, AND HAS GIVEN ME OLD HEAD SET, WHICH IS NOT GOOD CONDITION. EVERY FIVE MINUTES , THE PHONE WILL CLOSE, AFTER THAT WHEN I COMPLAIN TO OFFICER THEY TOLD ME TO BY NEW PHONE. TATA OFFICER HAS GIVE ME FALSE STATEMENT , THAT IS THE GOOD PHONE, IWANT MY GOOD CONDIATION PHONE, NOT OLD PHONE, PLESE RECTIFY MY COPMPLAIN
