TATA/TISCON — non attendance of engineer named PRADIP SAHA

I am a consumer of a new building owner,last 3 month i started a new commercial complex, i have purchased iron rod (tata tiscon ) from sneha lata iron & steel ,addressed gaighata, 24 parganas (n ) 743249. a engineer was depued me for planning & supervision. At the first time he ( pradip saha ) came and produced me normal plan.The next day he also came and explain about plan, now the base, band,& piller had compleated. Last 16 days my work was stopped due to non attendence of the engineer, aslo i complain that he did not attend my phone. when i call from other phone he attend, but when he hear my voice he cutoff my phone. so i requet the concern authority to solve my problem.Now i thought if i used other compay iron i had not to suffer this problem. i trust in tata tiscon ,so i use this,so i request you to focus on this matter & also solv my problem, many other person suffering in this problem with your recruted engineer. from PRABIR MONDAL, Vill+PO gaighata, Dist. 24parganas (n) pin 743249.
