i have been making complaints on the phone and personally to hdfc bank about the undully charges that have been made on me for no fault of mine for the last two years.my card number was[protected] and i had made complaints to your customer service people about statements reaching late or not reaching at all and therefore a request for reversal of cahrges. I also requested that i would make a final payment so i dont use the card agian but that was not accepted and they kept charging me a late fees over two years and then debited 12000 rupees from my personal savings bank account. This is unethical and i will take it to the consumer court if i need to so if your credit card department does not reverse my payments i will have resort to the higher authorities at the RBI level.
Also your customer service people have been so nasty and ill-mannered and it is shocking that this is the callubour of people you recruit at your bank.
i would request you to take this seriously and check whether i have made transactions worth that much or they are just late charges. According to my bank as well they have verified that this is the case and that nothing is pending from my end.
