I purchased a TCL Handycam (TCL DV 708) vide order no.[protected], your invoice no.-43433 dt.08/09/2008. Just after using it twice or thrice its external memory stopped working, for which I complained at your customer care, they told that memory card has warranty of 30 days only, therefore nothing can be done, and suggested me to go for a new one. I paid Rs.600/= to you at the time of purchase.
I tried in the market, I came to know that the memory card which I got from you is duplicate and is charged havilly. I purchased a new card for Rs. 325/= only for 2 GB memory card and got a replacement guarantee for 3 yrs., for the same brand.
I was really shocked to know about all, one can't expect from such type of company like yours.
I want you to replace my memory card immediately, when the company is giving a 3 yrs replacement warranty.
