always get the bill just before 3 days from the due date and after that so much calls from airtel for payment, these things realyy frustrate us.
required a change in plan but no positive response from airtel.
always insisting for new line inplace of new plan .
late fees always get accumulated whic increase the difference btwn actual and billed charges.which cause line disconnection and blackmailing for full payment for reactivation.

dear sir,i have an account in kotak bank and i am very dissatissfied with services because i have not recieved my bank statements from last 2 years and i have requested for cheque book and not recieved any of them as yet
now when i asked them give the bank statement they are charging rs 100 for per page
please help in the same to get it resolve
