[Resolved]  Tech India Line Technologies — FRAUD COMPANY CHARGING FEE FOR RECRUITING EMPLOYEE FOR ITS OWN COMPANY

Hi I am amit singh chauhan.i am working in this company from last 4 months.i Joined here as a software developer trainee, now i am junior software developer.here in the company working environment is very very good, here all our senior's cooperate with us very friendly.they help us .i am totally disagree with these persons who spread these rumors.

FRAUD COMPANY
i m telling u my own story or time which i spent with the company...

1) It takes 25000/- bugs to recruit u as SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TRAINEE.
2) It gives u the joining date which is of 1 and a half month later.
3) once u join it, u will be given a dummy project by saying that this is just for checking ur skills and based on skills u may put in LIVE project...But my friend, it doesn't have even a single LIVE project.
4) it wont provide u a Trainer too to train their employee for any Technology(DOTNET, JAVA etc)...on asking to any TL regarding Coding...they say :-"coding ka tumhe kuch ni bataya jayega, tumhe ye karna hai, kahin se bhi, kaise bhi...no one is there who can help u in coding"... u will be given systems only...just get inside as ur shift starts, occupy one of the system, do gossip with ur friends, go back to ur homes as ur shift ends...they don't have any project for either technology.
5) u wont be given SALARY on time...i[censored] want to talk to the owner of the company...this will be ur unfullfill dream...he never talks to anyone.
6) u will be given a Training "DOMAIN EXPERTISE" which is again of no use for IT people and i[censored] don't attend this disgusting training session then a threat will also be given to u that is "ur two days salary will be deducted per training from ur salary".
7) After completion o[censored]r training u will be kicked out of the company surely...bcoz they have been recruiting 10-15 students everyday since August and they don't have availability of seats...so, u will be definitely be kicked out after 3 months or may be after two months.
8) they are retrenching to employees legally by organizing TEST whereby no one can sue it...TEST is being made quiet difficult.
9) basically it is not a company, it's a training institute in which u wont found Trainer.

plz don't pay them even a single penny.this is totally fraud...i have spoiled my money and time both...but it's my humble request to all human being and try to get rid off these kind of companies...this kind of companies are in bulk in Noida...

helo frnds i m atul raja i m working in this company from the last 4 months and i gained lot of knowledge from my seniors. And yes i m capable to do work in a proper way. I made a live project also and i have also cleared my exam and i am permanent now.

who are saying that this is fraud company they are totally dump they don't know how to work in the company they are frustated now because they arenot having any knowledge about the softwares and how to make project. This company is best for freshers guys, this company will give you a practical knowledge and experience as well.

Who is saying that this company is not giving the salary.

i was about to pay rupees 30000 to amit shukla, but maine us se pehle copany visit kar li...net se address dekh kar...

trust me guys, mujhe do ladke bahr mile... wo literally ro rahe the ki bhai hum ne galti kar li...tu mat karna... ek paisa bhi mat dena...

fir unhone muje apne dosto se milwaya jo comapny main kaam kar rahe the... unhe 2 months se salary nahi mili hai...

and us company ke paas koi project nahi hai...

koi Amit shukla agar tumhe bole to please join mat karna... uski ID hai amit_rock03... please koi use paise mat dena...

jasmeet to nanga hai uske pass paise hi nhi hai salary dene ko .. bhaiyo mujhe september se salary nhi mili hai or bol rhe hai ke anti virus launch ke bad denge agar product bika to. yaha log company main daru bhe pete hai .or koi kuch nhi kahta hai. mujhe bench par kr diya hai salo ne .agar 2din main salary nhi di to DM Office and labour court main complaint kr dunga . maine media ke liye b jugad laga liya hai enki company band hone wali hai..

this company is totally fraud
i have also joined this company, and i am working here for 2 months and i have not received any payment from company. company is promising to give job on depositing 25000/- and tell that employee will get 10000- or 12000- in training period and after you will get 15000 to 25000 depending on your performance.
but the policy of company is to receive money from fresher and they give training for 2-3 months in which they dont have any trainer after 2-3 months the conduct exam in which they only select 10-12 people from 200 trainee and give them the job of trainer, who train the next coming students. they tell that the have the requirement of 3500 employee.
but this is all fake.
the main procedure of permanenting the trainee is that the trainee has to bring 5-6 fresher, then only they make him permenent.
THE BIGGEST OF ALL THEY DONT GIVE SALARY IN THE START THEY GIVE THE SALARY TO A TRAINEE AFTER 2 MONTHS AND MOST OF THE CHECKS BOUNCE AND I[censored] ASK ABOUT THE SALARY YOU ARE FIRED OUT OF COMPANY
THIS COMPANY IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY IN INDIA
IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY LIVE PROJECTS AND THEIR MAIN SOURCE OF INCOME IS OUR 25000- WHICH THEY TAKE FROM US ON THE DATE OF INTERVIEW
IF MR. JASMEET SINGH THE OWNER OF COMPANY HAVE SOME HEART THEN I WANT TO TELL HIM TO STOP PLAYING WITH THE CAREER OF STUDENT AS TIME IS MOST IMPORTANT.

I want a IT software job.

Total fraud company If you get selected without paying any money go and see the HELL .you will understand all things going there in a single day.
BUT to SEE this TECH INDIA LINE don't WASTE ANY MONEY.
