I got your mail and have gone through but we would appreciate if you please go through the agreement again Page # 2 and paragraph # 4there is clearly mentioned that and we mutually agreed on that Thechnobyte Solutions wont refund the 30% of total amount of project .
We were planing to refund the some of your fund only due to our relationship
but now we will have to think before refund any single penny to you .
For the ready reference please go through the agreement again specially page # 2 point # 4 ..

I agree with the words of Krishnamurthy Venkataraman. This company and specially sweet talker Mr. Rudrashish Chowdhary and his Technobyte Solutions is fraud company. They only committed for low rates and after taking advance won't pay attention on work. They are just trying to make money with company name. Even they really didn't have any well experienced persons for work.
All the phone numbers and mobile numbers stated on websites are fraud and even office address of Pune and other cities too.
Don't trust this company anymore for any kind of work.

I agree with the complaint posted above .All the addresses and phone numbers in pune, kolkata and Hyderabad given on the website 'http://www.technobytesolutions.co.in/' are completely fraudulent .There are no such phone numbers and addresses . I am going to take this company owners to police and court very soon for fraud and cheating .Rudrashish Chowdhury cannot escape from the law for long .He needs to be brought to justice .I strongly urge anyone who even thinks of going to this company to be cautious in making any payment .At the first opportunity they would take the payment and after that you can never get hold of them .They sign an agreement to sound very credible but they do not have the capacity to develop even simple solutions .Firstly they do have capable employees but they make tall promises .And they cannot fulfill anything, eventually the customer is fooled .But when he finds it out he will not get back the initial advance he paid .

Rudrashish Chowdhury is a liar and cheat .Anyone who deals with him needs to be cautious before making a payment .The first thing he asks for is money, after that he will not hesitate to even 'abscond' . This is his method of operation with customers who deal with him...
Get payment from customer, try to deliver something in the name of a service, customer is most likely unsatisfied because there are no capable employees at Technobyte solutions, then customer asks to stop work .After that Rudrashish Chowdhury is not reachable by phone or email . All attempts to reach him will fail once he knows that he is not going to get any more money from the customer . He disables the same mobile numbers that was working until now .He has mutiple addresses in various cities so you dont know where he is exactly .By the way most of these addresses are also fake .There is no company by the name 'Technobyte solutions' at these addresses .See the STD code for his phone numbers - it is the same for all cities ...so fake and funny ...Never trust such people who talk sweet words but have no sincerity or the capacity to deliver anything useful .

Yes, all contacts posted in his website 'www.technobyte.co.in' are fake . All cities in the contact details of his company have the same landline phone numbers including the STD code, this could be the biggest joke and fake information for a company that claims to give technology solutions .

I can also give comment for Rudra and he is a very good guy and anyone can trust him, as i am working with him long term and he also doing such a big project like ERP and mobile platform.
So anyone can give him project and even when i going to give him project and before that i also read all above comments and but still i trust him and he is very good person and now we are working as a partner and his developer also very knowledgeable. Actually Indian client is not so good, then don't want to give any money, but i am very satisfied with Rudra and his voice is normal sweet, it's a in born.

First you will not get the project, even if you get the project and contract is singed no work will be allotted. Your money with them will never be returned and deal with you in such a way that they have all the problem in your life and they want to return your money but will near return.
