I had bought an invereter (1000VA their) from this company through their outlet in Trivandrum. Now it has stopped working since last four weeks. Eventhough I complained immediately, they have not done anything about it. Instead they prefer to avoid my calls. Now I have filed a complaint with the Consumers' forum. I hope that these kind of companies are disciplined a bit. And they claim that they are an ISO company. I was believing that if you are a certified ISO company, then they were trustworthy.
