I contacted a company to help me access my hotmail account as I was blocked. They said they would do that for £14.99. I downloaded a package which let them use my computer remotely, they then stole my hotmail account, changed the password and are holding me to pay £90 in order to get my own hotmail account back which they opened simply from information from me.
