They have not paid me also. No one there has the courtesy or professionalism to at least respond. You never know who actually runs the show or whom to talk to. As for the partners Baseline/Wexford or whoever, I do not know what responsibility, if at all, they hold for such a behavior. Promoters boast of big titles, but to no avail towards a professional settlement.

They are not paying the allowances employees also, while spending lavishly on unnecessary expenses like additional rent. I only hope it does not get much worse than this. Can anyone suggest what law says about payment of allowances.
They did not even reimburse out of pocket official travel expenses. Have not seen worse employer or management than this. I do not know if they want to build a great company with the arrears!

Management is enjoying and living off investor funds. And even those are not sufficient, hence living off alms from ex-employees. God save the company and my money. I don't know how the Wexford-Baseline is tolerating such unethical, unprofessional management.

I have even send a legal notice to Teleonto/HR/CEO for non payments of salary and even my reliving letter and experience certificate .
I believe company does not have even courage to speak on the matter, hence by 12-April-10 I will submit my case to court and will let you all know on the details.
Still the only reason they worry is that you will join their competitor and even without talking to their employee how can they even by callous enough to call "WIPRO" as their competitor ? or for that matter AIRCEL .
It seems they are not carefull enough in even providing the joining letter, which perhaps these people should go for some industry training else it is really pity to see these people jumping everywhere rather they should be really concentarting on core business .
I really sympthaize on situtation teleonto is going through .
