Unsatisfactory services
facing problem with just dial. I had joined a plan of 1 year. Initially I had paid for 3 months. Just Dial - a Fraud Company We have invested a good amount of money at just dial as per their commitments but all of them turned to be faler. In order to hide the problems within their software and web site they just try to points mistake by irrilevant agruments. I am registered with Just Dial company since last 2 years One of your employee Nimit arora cheated me of 16000 rupees. He made me sign a paper saying its a contract paper for starting a new contract(my earlier conract was expired). Cheating clients of money and unfair practice
premium package with Just Dial Hyderabad, a teleservice company, They are engaged in answering telephone enquiries, in recent years their acceptance has increased and a good number of people use their services. When they get a enquiry they pass it on to the corresponding clients who have paid up for their premium service, I was asked to pay rs 32000 for apply for one such package, but after signing up, I found out that what the sales executive told me before the sale , proved be lies...

Changing of Contract Terms
Had signed a contract with Just dial for a period of 3 years they converted the same into lead based contract and keep on deducting money from the same and keep sending leads which are useless Their tele marketing girl Ms. Noorie keeps on pestering me for renewal of contract even after being informed that they cannot change the contract as per their whim and fancy and then keep extorting money from me but they and the company are shameless and are not bothered about their customers...

We have registered in just dial for Web Search Service ( positioning) in last month, we have been told that you will get top positioning for your particular keywords (at least for one month) as well your logo will be placed. But till date we have not received this service and positioning. I have gathered sufficient evidence to nail them up. you will shortly hear the roots of malpractice, which in not only related to non performance of contractual agreement but coercing and deceiving people by making false promise and assurances, they had not adhered to their contractual committment and have provided leads to more clients than they had agreed with the clients. for yellow pages they had taken money and now noone is traceable, and your suggestion for contacting local office is blatantly misplaced, when consumer makes a complaint in writing they had to answer to that but instead they never come on the line and never reply to complaints. i paid money for services which i never got, i was cheated and duped, i would suggest that all who desire to file a case against the company may contact me, i will help you in the matter and you may reach me @ [protected]@in.com. Together we can expose the company and save inncocent people from falling in trap and we shall lodge criminal complaint with apporpirate authority to make sure that all concerned from CEO, top management, the person who approched you for taking account to one that called your over phone and in a conspiracy duped you all are send behind the bars and no one dares to make such faruds again with customers.
