Dear Sir,
With reference to above mentioned ref & subject I would like to get your attention towards poor quality pump which I have been supplied by the dealer (GAURAV machineries, FIRST FLOOR, RAWAL COMPLEX, AMRAWATI ROAD,DUTTA WADI , NAGPUR -440023 PH:[protected] on DTD 26/10/2009, since day one I have been suffering due to the poor quality of the material supplied by the dealer, even though repeated complaints has been registered to the dealer & repeatedly the dealer has repaired the same but till date the pump is not working as per the promised performances given in the booklet, promised by the dealer & by the company, so you are kindly requested to take note of the same & give me some relieve, as I have become fedup making rounds to the dealer & making repeated complaints to the concerned company.
So you are kindly requested to give me replacement or I would be forced to file complaint to the consumer forum & make a police file & claim for a hefty compensation. & issue a leagal notice from my attorney regarding the above matter.

I made an enquiry for 3HP mono block pump with your dealer at Tirunelveli M/s.Happy Trading Company. Unfortunately even after two weeks, I am unable to get a response regarding its availability or price.
This is a very sorry state of affairs. How do you pull on with such lousy people as your dealers.

Dear Sir,

I purchased TEXMO Bare Motor from the above dealer on the date mentioned above. Still the product is in the warranty/Guaranty Period. Nearly TWO months before, the Motor was not working, only sound has come in a big/noisy way. Then I called the dealer as mentioned above and filed my complaint. After 3 days, one person came from the dealer and took the motor to his shop saying that coil was fully burnt. Then after one week and after repeated my calls, one person from the dealer office brought the motor saying that the mistake was rectified and he asked us to fix it. Then We told him, we have no person to fix it, you fix it properly. The fact is that he did not know how to fix the motor in the respective place. Then over phone he asked many person, and as per the direction given by others, he fixed the motor. Now past 4 days again it is not working, only sound is coming in a big way. Again I called the dealer and informed the problem. They told me, today I will send the mechanic, not came as per their instruction, again next day I called them, again not came. At last they asked me to contact the motor mechanic directly. I called him also. Initially for two days he didn't attend my phone. Today somehow I contacted him, he is telling that he is busy with some other work, he said, tomorrow he will come.
Already 5 days are over after contacting the dealer. Still they are sending the person. All are answering irresponsibly to my complaints. They don't want to take up the complaints and to solve the customers complaint at the earliest.

Now my questions are:

1. Within not even 6 months time period, two times the new motor got problems. What is the reason for it?
2. Even after getting solution for the first complaint, within 2 months, again the same problem has come. Why it has come? What happened to the first solution? whether they have not attended the complaint properly or not?
3. Why the dealers are not showing interest towards the customers complaints? Their response is very poor.

We the eight houses are depending on that motor. Everyday water is required. Without motor, we are not able to get water from the borewell. In this situation, how long we can wait to get the motor repaired. The dealer does not bother about all our problems.

Solution required:

In this situation, we want you to replace the motor. Within two months, two times, it got problems. Is this a new motor or old one? Otherwise now we all decided to go to consumer court for the speedy redressal with compensation. Now please tell me what is your reply. Send me immediately.
Sorry we can not wait any more days.
