Dear sir,

Respectfully, I beg to inform that I am Costumer of THANESAR GAS AGENCY ( TIN -[protected]), PIPLI ROAD, THANESAR (HARYANA) 136118. The delivery of refilled cylinder was given through agency transportation on 17/5/11 against the booking date of 29/4/11 & voucher released date of 14/5/11. When I asked the delivery man for weighing the cylinder, he refused for having any balance. Then I weighed the refilled cylinder, it was surprised that it was under weight( approx. 2 kg less) & on weighing two more cylinders, same was happened. After that I met the agency personnel for launching the complaint, they intimated that the complaint register was not in the office.
At last, the delivery van came after two hours, they had no weighing balance again & I again weighed, the cylinder was upto mark at that time.
It is therefore requested to look into the matter & a drive may be launched in the city for surprise check the refilled cylinders in the delivery vans which are delivering the cylinders in the city.

I, Raj Kumar, H. No. 848 Sector-3, Consumer No. 12099 of Indane Thanesar Gas Service, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra hereby lodge a complaint as under:-

In home delivery I got my last cylinder on 5/5/2011 and for next cylinder booking was made on 4.6.2011 personally and till today no cylinder is delivered even after several visits personally. For the last 10 days we are usisng the cylinder of our neighbour. During personal visits they search every time lame excuse for not delivering the cylinder and promise to deliver it the next day. Even for booking we have to visit personally because they never attend the phone due to less staff and heavy workload. Today I have been compelled to complain after loss of patience, please.

I, Daya Nand H.No. 1004, Sector-7, Consumer No. 16304 of Indane Thanesar Gas Service, Pipli Road, Kurukshetra hereby lodge a complaint as detail below:-

I booked for refilling of gas cylinder on 03.03.2014 personally due to non attending the landline phone no.[protected]/226300/228300. They assure me for the delivery of cylinder in 3 or 4 days. But a period of 15 days has over and no cylinder has been delivered till date inspite of reminding on these phones on dated 10.3.14, 12.03.14 & today morning. Due to late delivery of refilled cylinders I have taken only 6 cylinders till now during the current financial year. Many times the cylinders are to be taken from neighbours or from open market on high rates. The above landline telephones remained busy or not attended. So, I have been compelled to lodge this complaint.
