[Resolved] Thangam Packers And Movers — Cheaters | |
Dear Sir, I had purchased furniture for my house in Nagercoil from Chennai from Pan India Enterprises; they had packed all the material and had derived to my door step in Chennai. After which I had engaged Thangam Packers and Movers from Chennai. I got there references from call Chennai. I had paid Rs.8000.00 cash and Rs.500 for insurance to them they took my material. After which I got my material in nagercoil after 25days most of my materials was damaged. I then complained to police where I found that all the bill and insurances they and given is fake. So please be careful with such Packers and Movers in Chennai. I had lost Rs.85000 worth of material. So please beware with Thangam packer and Movers. Was this information helpful? | |

i hav a similar problem.i wanted 2 snd a bike frm chennai to alpy.dese people cald me and infrmd me abt dere service nd tld me dat dey have service in kerala nd it would take 2-3 days 2 reach kerala.now it nearly a month and i havnt got mi vehicle.i call dem evryday and dey jst say one more day one more day etc.i doubt if i will get mi vehicle safe.if there are any authorities taking not of this then plz do take necessary action bcoz dis is wht dey could be doin to every one

Be aware of Thangam Packers and movers in chennai located in Thiruvanmiyur.They promised to deliver the house hold things in 2 days from chennai to Hyderabad and got delivered after 10 days.I use to call 5 times from 3rd day onwards and will never say the truth.They always use to say vehicle got breakdown and going to deliver in today evening and tommorrow morning continuosly for 1 week.I suffered a lot as everything it got packed including clothes, kithen utensils and a spent a lot of money for having the food
outside because of beleiving them.
1.More over they delivered in a very bad condition, Fridge, computer and double cot bed got damaged and we have seen rats and damaged the clothes when we opened the boxes.
2.They havent provided the compensation for their damage as i have paid all the amount at the time of packing.
3.I lost my property more than Rs 20, 000 as every thing is new just brought 6 months back and new family.
4.They promised that they will provide service for the damaged and haven't contact or responded.
5.They are very bad packers and trustless people and can say like they cann't even provide the good service if are moving from here to next street.(Raod side packers).
6.They promised that they will be moving in a closed vehicle but got delivered in open vehicle and all the things are wet.They also promised that they will pack suitcases, sofa and doublecot in office as they havent brought the material.
7.Finally i want to say they even dont know packing.They even havent packed the suitcases, sofa, double cot bed and everything is covered with dust when got delivered.
8.I want to make sure that i never think about the money and they are equally charging as that of other packers.
9.Please take this complaint as a formal one and take an action on this Packers.

i too have the same problem. i shifted materials from chennai to cbe dated 14/02/2010.they said it will be delivered next day. but till now they say its coming.but till no goods reached as of now. i would like to register a complaint legally. please anyone let me know. my numbers [protected].
please do not trust mukta packers and movers.Just google for "shakti mishra +mukta+cheat" and you will see the results of his gr8 fraud.
I am feeling sorry that I have read it so late. They have done the same thing to me. These guys are real cheats. They keep lying in a sweet tone, and it is very difficult to make out that they are cheating you. They have yet not delivered to me after one month when they had promised me to deliver within 5 days. They are now asking me more money before they will deliver the stuff to my home. It is really a scary situation. I have already paid them 30k for moving household stuff from Pondicherry to Delhi.
Hi Even i had same problem with Speed Packers and Movers Chennai, they have cheated me after they took my material and they asked me 2k extra, there is no way to say no to them, i paid badly that money back to them even they have lied with sweet tone, finally i received my house old items after 6 days with missed items...
My kind suggestion please choose the packers like Chennai Packers and movers agarwal...dont bother about the money as they wil ask 2k extra than this real cheaters...so please go with standard & branded movers.

Thangam Packers and Movers overcharged and had deployed untrained labor for packing/movement of goods between cities.
They gave an estimate of approx. 32000 for shifting of household goods between cities. I had 80% of the boxes already packed and ready for loading. They had to pack few items and large appliances
in the house. we were sent 4 untrained labor who were on their mobile phones all the time and got very little done. They wasted all days with lack of proper packing equipment. They delayed loading
of the goods in the truck. We had a very small truck and the supervisor had to come down to load almost at 7pm in the evening because of their inefficiency in getting the work done. They stuffed
the furniture and unpacked boxes in the road only because they got a wrong size of lorry for loading. We requested a closed container and the lorry was so overloaded that the door refused to close.
they had tied teh ends of teh door(half open and convinced us that they would have a rain proof cloth tied as a work around)
The supervisor and manager were rude and refused to provide the packaging material as well as proper service. The lorry didnt reach the destination till today and there was an intentional delay of
3 days for the vehicle to reach us and we are still waiting as of today(30th March 2018) to have the goods delivered.(Packed and loaded on 22 March 2018)

they had given the services very good but i have pay the union chrges from my side,
this is the compelsarry in kerla but they not told me beafore. over all mukta packers and movers is very good packers in india
