[Resolved]  The Estate officer, GMADA, PUDA, MOHALI — non-refund of my earnest money

Dear Sir
I applied for a 200 sq yds plot in SAS Nagar Mohali through my Application Form No. 149280 (Plan C).
I did not find my name in the list of successful allottee(s) of the plot for which the draw was declared in October 2010. Although my earnest money should have been refunded immediately, however, the same has not been retuned till date. I once again request you to please refund my money immediately.

I have a plot in mohindra avnue in tarn taran the owner of avnue mr harpreet singh he says in time of sale that it is puda aproved .He mansion in sale deed also that it is a puda aprroved but after 4 year he cant do any thing no light on road no park no water tank plzz take some action

i surrender my plot to puda after clear bank loan but i not received my refund till tell me what i can do
