Dear Concern,

It is with deep regret I wish to draw your kind attention and complaint against INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER ACCOUNTANT Prop: NKS for their their RO Staff for their false answer & roguish attitude towards release of my P.F. settlement issue – i.e. withdrawal.

I personally request your good self to intervene immediately in this regard. Because, it is difficult for me to reach them regading the matter as the Company is least bother of all matter of left employees, many times it happens in past in the related matter.

All the releted form for withdrawal has been submitted, and got confirmation from the HO of ICA for the received of the same.
