* The salary is within a range for a Hotel maintenance engineer, but the written job title does not actually specify the type. There are many different types of maintenance engineer jobs, each with their own pay scales. Red Flag

* The address of the supposed hotel does not give a number. Park Lane in London contains many high-class hotels. This is an obvious ruse to confuse searched through the internet. Any postal mail sent to the address shown could never be delivered. It does not exist. Red Flag.

* The use of a telephone number that starts +4470* would never be used by any legitimate company in the UK. These numbers are not landlines or mobiles or fax machines, they are FREE redirection numbers. They would be picked up by people outside the country. Red Flag

* Website Registration details state the name of the hotel is "The Joyland Hotel" but communications from the perpetrator say it is "The Joy Land Hotel". A simple mistake, but one that a genuine business would never make. Red Flag.

When I did some CSI at the website of the London Landmark Hotel, I discovered that the manager of human resources department at the LLH is Mr. Eugene. i recived the same email and same leter of appointment claiming that my visa and ticket will be paid for . Now im totally convinced that its a scam. its sad that some people still want to play with people 's emotion like this . i think som1 has to do something about this .
Is is absolutely fake. Contact number starting with 4470 is from mobile phone. Any formal dealings be it from London Hotel or any other hotel, they will never handle with mobile phone. I ha ve also received the same email, and they attached to me all the immigration documents and of course a fee of 355 GBP for all the procedure. I am happy I did not pay for that, I have tried to contact human resources in order to tell them about the scam so that we can do something in order to avoid that many people get deceived.
