Dear Sir

I am writing concerning the new cycle I purchased from your dealership Vijay Cycle House, 80 Indra Market, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. vide bill no 4286 on Aug.5,2012. Once I ride the cycle home, it had many problems. I am facing problem of rusting on rim from the starting and chain circulating wheel band which is not continuously running chain on it.So I am facing problems from last 4 months so solve my problem as soon as possible.
Please call me to discuss the arrangements for the replacement of the cycle.
