Dear Sir
This is to bring to your notice that there are redevelopment projects pending since last 5 years in Tilak Nagar, Chembur Area. The building demolition took place in 2005 & till date the new building work has not started.
Middle class people like us can not afford to stay on rent for so long. Builder is putting a blame on MHADA authorities, BMC that they are not giving necessary approvals.
Request you to look into this matter.
