I am also facing some similar Unnecessary Harassment, I opted for 2 yr. subscription from Times, gave posted dated advance cheques, the after sales was very poor, i did not get any support from the account manager who sold that to me, even i recieved the bill for that after 2 months, also some quality features in that portal were not accurate, which results in wastage of time and money, It was communicated to the account manager many times, his answers were insatisfactory, he didn't come at us after selling the services. After that our industry met with a severe recession problem which is global now.So due to our unsatisfaction from the services and recession, I informed to the that time accounts manager to Cancel my subscription for second year and return our balance Advance cheques-this happened in 8th month of the subscription by then we had already cleared 1 yr. subs. payment. So instead of cooperating with client and giving proper customer support without giving us any notice they blocked our services in 10 month and 28 days..Now we had paid for 1 year and got services for 10 mnth 28days.On the top there advocated has issued us notice against section 138.You think this way they can build clientbase. NON COMPETETIVE PRODUCT---POOR CUSTOMER CARE---A REAL HARRESMENT

It is highly unlikely that a large Newspaper Conglomerate like Times of India group would knwingly or unknowingly be a party to unthical practices of the nature alleged by the complainant.

I can say about Timesjobs.com what a fraud! simply a cheat with full of cheater employees

neither they are refunding my money, and the interseting one is that key account manager Mr. Rohit Kumar ( Jharkhand) Ranchi is running his own consultancy for few months inspite of giving services to any of Times client or giving business.He has registered his consultancy business in the name of star Hr Consultant, check the url registration address of www.starhrconsultant.com that it is registered on which name and on which address, u will get the fact.he is also doing Job in Times Jobs.com.
Key account manager runs consultancy, taking charges from candidates, uses times portal services for free, and make only fake deals

Divya call me from [protected] and said i am calling from Times Jobs. she said to me to deposited 1188/- for resume farwarding to 1250 consultant after that i deposited 1188/- in favour of Times Business Solution Ltd. in ICICI bank a/c no. CA-[protected] for resume farward to cunsultant but after that nobody of time jobs contact to me for this and not demand to resume. i have not any contact no. and email id.

I also opted that service as they called.. I deposited amount of Rs 2150 yesterday in same acc no.. i checked the details. For that i called customer service of Times jobs, they said that ur work is in process but till now, i havent got any call. I'm worried... So is it the thug company oo.. Plz take necessary actions.. Plz suggest what to do... Help!!!

Even I have got the phone call for job placement, and asked me to deposit the money to get the job in the Times Job a/c, Pls advice
