[Resolved]  Tirupati Construction, Hosur — Fraud and Cheating

Hi Public,

Thirupathi majestic builder is the cheat and do not book the houses there.

The Owners Vipin Bokadia and his father Kushal Raj are the people from Rajastan (Marwadi) and try to make TamilNadu people fools.

1. They have built the houses with low quality materials (Especially the Doors and windows). they told door would be put in Teak for Rs.40,000 and actually put some ready made doors which looks like Teak worth of Rs4000.
2. Those frauds gives No agreement signed in papers. All they say 'Believe our Words sir' which make the Tamil peoples fools.
3. The height of their fraud is the layout is not approved by Govt. And they arranged to get the loans from LIC through some fraud officers. After a LIC scam last year, now LIC stopped giving loans for this layout.
4. They arranged to get the Panchayat approval (Which is the minimum requirement for building a house) by spending 5000 or 10000 by giving bribes and charging the customers with Rs1,00,000 (I was one of those victims)
5. They told the path to the Layout is for two ways and now closing a way and making additional plots to sell. As per the layout diagram the roads should be 25 feets. But actually it measures 23 feet only. they add those 2 feets into the plots and making money.
6. Also those have not provided the mother documents to most of the people and the working people are their targets as they cannot come and fight by taking leaves.
7. Also with a lot of frustration mind, we could not make any legal actions as nothing is available in writing.
8. Even after occupying the house he is collecting Rs.150 for water and taking 50% of the money to his pocket.
9. People like him can commit suicide instead of living by cheating the people.
10. Even after 1.5 year of occupation they did not make the drainage system works. All our drainage water stays in the steet itself and we are struggling with mosquito bites all the days.

Thats only an expression of getting sub-standarded house for that money which was invested. construction(cement-sand mix, brick) & building materials are below standards or not of a quality for the money that we paid. The amount one will end up in paying will be higher than the initial quote for a flat/plot. For every add-on facility the charges are at premium rate but with below par quality.

A small improvement in construction & building materials will greatly improve the satisfaction of customer. Builder needs to hear and address the complaints made by residents. I hope the builder hear this.

Hi All,

Somebody has given the complaint by misusing my name 'ramabadran'. I warn such back bone less persons to restrain using my name just for their own selfishness. Also I warn the person/persons will be taken to face legal consequences if any more such messages are being posted using my name in what so ever form.

Hi Ramabadran,

Sorry, I am rajan from Dharmapuri and i only started this threat. I had visited to my relative last sunday who is in hosur and was in very much frustrated mind. Hence I have put all the points what my relative told as they are not aware of this threat at all and was harsh in my sentence too. Opoligies for point 9 and believe all other points are valid.

Believe your builder is hearing this and pray to god to take this in positive way and let him do all the things well for our people.

Yes, All Tenants staying that place should join together and throw him out...Such people should know what would happen if they cheat poor people...
