TLC is not a right company to choose. At their early days, they misappropriated the funds of the co-ordinators under the guise of TDS and TOPUP and they used those amount for their own personal use cheating numerous persons. They got illegal asylum from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company and IRDA for their misuse. TLC stands for Total Loss giving Company. Most of the persons do not continue their 2nd premium and they lost everything. Most of the policies lapsed due to non-remittance of TOPUP amount in the hands of TLC. TLC did not even leave the Government (Income Tax Dept). They had not remitted TDS amount deducted and kept with them into the Income Tax Department. Highly influential sources induced their illegal activities behind the screen. So don't put your money and effort in TLC since an ultimatum will be zero and agony. If had any query, please send me mail. I will help you out. It is for your information that one guy sent me a mail and got his problems cleared. Becos the TLC is not such a prompt company to rely on. If you had any claim of TOPUP amount from TLC, kindly form a group and claim with interest and costs by a letter. You may also send me any other details you find on the way.

I TAKE INITIATIVE TO FILE A PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION against the TLC INSURANCE (INDIA) PVT., LTD., AND ITS SISTER CHAIN LINK COMPANY TEAM LIFE CARE INDIA LTD., AND THE INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT FOR THEIR VIOLATION OF TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE (TDS) AND TOPUP FUND DEDUCTION AND CHEATING. THE HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF MADRAS WAS PLEASED TO ADMIT THE SAME AND ORDERED TO ISSUE NOTICE TO THEM. I WILL COME WITH SWEET NEWS TO THOSE WHO ARE CHEATED BY THE SAID ILLEGAL COMPANIES. IF YOU COME ACROSS ANY GROSS VIOLATION OF TDS (FORM - 16A) OR TOPUP FUND CHEATING WITH VITAL PROOF, KINDLY INFORM ME FOR JOINING IN THE PROCEEDINGS AND GET REMEDY.
The TLC and its referral related company Team Life Care should be banned from doing illegal referral business.
May i know who is banned this co, and when. But still its running How ?. please explain me. becoz i will join.

i dont think so they are doing any illegal . after all how much money we are paying them ? .Just 500 rupess extra. with this 500 rupess they have to manage the staff and office etc...

It Seems that it's a good company those who are not compleated 10th OR 2nd PUC they can not become againt for any insurence company to make money but this company giving opertunity for every one to sell the products and to make money, with the current market cost of living is high, we need 2nd income so i think this company should run and it a matter of 500 they may use this maney to run the company, those who are intersuted to Join the comapny Please call me [protected].
