i got message that .congrats!!your mobile numberhas won 500, 000gbp in ongoin(shell) intl mobile draw heldin uk. my mobile no is [protected] please teel how to claim

i have recieved the message as "WON 500, 000 POUNDS IN THE 2011 T_MOBILE PROMO.FOR CLAIM, EMAIL YOUR INFERMATION TO DR .S OTT:[protected]@live.comPHONE:[protected]. When I call on this number nobody pick my phone.
Now I want to know what that message is? MY PHONE [protected]. Email [protected]@gmail.com .thank you.
