Sub;- Complaint against TNSC BANK Periamet Branch.
Sub;- Complaint against Branch Manager,Asst Manager
& Senthil who is working in the Counter.
Ref;- My S/B A/c No.[protected].
On 11/08/2012 at 10AM I came to the TNSC BANK to Pay and to clear my Jewel Loan and the No is[protected], I informed to SENTHIL who is working in the front office in issuing Token etc., i informed kindly go through my statement and inform how much i have to pay and to clear my entire Jewel dues, He informed INTERNET is not working it will take 10Min to inform you.
I have waited till 10.30Am still there is no response from him.I approached Branch Manager and Asst Branch Manager they haven't given proper response to my complaint iam unable to make my payment to clear my Jewels, This causes improper services from the TNSC BANK, In which this causes Mental Tension and Agony to me, They never mentioned in the Notice Board due to INTERNET PROBLEMS and Kindly sorry for the Inconvenience caused. Kindly take necessary action against the TNSC BANK and do the needfull.
