i got a call from Mr Dev from Today holiday solutions who convinced me to buy a package worth Rs 6999/- by promising me a confirmed booking at Toshali View Resort Shimla from 24 oct 2012 to 28 oct 2012.They convinced me in every means with lot of promises, numerous calls, several emails and SMS and later I agreed to purchase the package. My transaction id is 10398562. After I have deposited the money I am unable to contact these people as all their phone nos are either switched off or out of service.
The phone nos given to me were [protected](Amit Shah),[protected](Dev) ,[protected](Dev).Earlier these phones were attented to but now as the date of confirmation is approaching they are all switched off or not answering my calls.
I am convinced that they are a fraud company and I am going to lodge a FIR against all these people on the basis of the mails recieved from their end and make sure that they are traced and suitable action taken against them so that they no more fool the innocent people like us in future.
