[Resolved]  Tommy Hilfiger Watch — Scratches on watch

I bought a tommy watch model no:TH1790547/0 from lajpat nagar,New Delhi franchisee worth Rs 10,495.On the 4th day of the purchase,I found scratches on the whole stainless steel body of the watch.Then I contacted to the store.They assured for the replacement.they let me running to their shop for 4-5 times.In between,I had words with some head of tommy in india named KARAN and ARUN.Even they assured me that I will get the replacement.For the delay,I were getting excuses that tommy has stopped making that model and watch in not available anywhere in India.They managed to get a watch from Mumbai but that watch also has scratch and the problem still persists.Now they are saying that I should take two watches because they don't have any other watch for the same value.Even what they have,I don't like them.
So,I am not understanding that if tommy cannot resolve the issue,why they are not refunding the money.This is my third watch in last one and a half year.I am facing a very bad experience with tommy.Its my heartiest request that please refund my money.I don't want to make any more deals with tommy.
