I had ordered for a sofa set which they delivered 12 days post the date said by them that too only after hundreds of call from our side.
Many a times they never used to answer the calls and at times switch off their cells as well.
Total Mall staff and management has behaved in a very disgusting manner - ABOVE ALL the sofa set I received was defected/faulty and its been 3 months now I am trying to get it replaced but they have not buzzed. I would have made more than 100 calls but no response. 2 people came to my house to see the sofa set on 2 different occasion, they confirmed that the sofa set is faulty but nothing has been done yet.
I have been speaking to Sateesh [protected] and Lawrence [protected] and its hard to say who is more disgusting.
I want to know what action can I take against them and who to approach for a complain - if any idea please help.

I bought a 6 seated glass dining table from Madiwala total mall( more).After endless calls from my side the product finally got assembled. On the fouth day suddenly one of the sides starts to show loose fixing.we called the concern people immediately and as usual the carpenter comes after a lot of follow ups.The carpenter tells my husband he cannot come till the house so my husband went by bike for 2 kms picked him n later had to drop him back .The carpenter saw the table and said that a laser glue has to be brought.since then we are waiting for the product to come.no one from the staff of madiwala total mall is supporting us.spoke to Samson, Pratap and Pallav.I feel so cheated after buying this.my brand new dinning table lying dismantled for 10 days now.I want to file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this.
Heights of patience and what a SERVICE THAT A CUSTOMER EXPECTS...Too horrible is ther no one who can look into this matter.
