I have purchase RC Helicopter from Saravana Store(T NAGAR) last month. Since I like flying RC helicopter, I keep buying lots of RC Helicopter. I am well aware about RC Helicopter and its functions. Since my friends recommended about Saravana store, I went ahead and purchased this time from Saravana Store.This new Helicopter(Volitation-3.5Ch) has just worked for 2 minutes and after that it stopped working. Cost of the Toy is approx Rs 2000.I have purchased it, thinking that Saravana Store will have quality products. Warranty on product is also not clear and not known to me. There is absolutely waste customer support which is only creating problem rather than helping their customers. I wanted to tell you one thing very important , you should never buy any Toys from Saravana Store" AS THEY ARE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM IS COMPLETELY USELESS. They don't make any effort to satisfy their customer. I am sure store like Saravana Store will never like such review floating here and there, hence they will take all good actions to make their customers happy by providing right direction and proper support.
