kalpesh panara's atitude towards the passengers is not positive as well as not trusted person. i booked my ticket for goa from surat but at the schedule time and before two days ago he doesn't receive even a one call. at the last one hour ago, we don't receive any bus number and tour manager's mobile number.

I agree with your statement. I have experienced the same since last 04/06/2009. He is not refunding my booking amount Rs.87000/- which was paid in cash at his office on 01/06/2009 in the presence of his accountant and manager Mr.Manoj since last one and half year.
He is a big cheater. Our family planned to go for vacation to Goa- Mahabaleshwar- Lonavala- Mumbai and we had to face bunch of problems everyday while staying and touring. We did not get food for 5 times. Even the hotels they showed us before taking off this tour, was not the same where we stayed. During the tour, manager ran away and we had to collect all diesel expenses to reach to Ahmedabad. We tried to contact this cheater Kalpesh Panara but he is not responding at all. This time we have to do something so people do not trust on this type of fake travel agencies. We need to get refund for this harassment but we are not sure how should we complaint and how to proceed this with consumer forum office.
I would say, " We all should complaint against this agency and get refund and lock them forever."
