[Resolved]  Travel Time Holidays — FRAUD WITH CUSTOMER

Address: Surat, Gujarat

Travel Time Holidays is a Tours and Travels company saying that they are in the business since last 14 years. Having their Head Office in AHMEDABAD they opened another branch in Surat near Gujarat Gas Circle, Krishna Complex Adajan.
They have taken money from people who are willing to go for Diwali Vacations but after Diwali they have not opened their offices at both places ie in Surat and Ahmedabad and they have not put into operation the tours also.
One of the Dailies here in Surat has pressed out that TRAVEL TIME HOLIDAYS have ran away after taking money from people this Diwali.
People who are victims of the fraud are requested to come forward and fight openly to teach lessons to such kind of people.
I am Rudresh Kanchanwala from Surat writing this and requesting all people to come forward as I don't know how many people are there who are victims of the fraud.
Lets be one and fight against TRAVEL TIME HOLIDAYS.

This complaint is very true. travel time operateror's Mr. kalpesh panara is very big cheater. we are also victims of the fraud by trevel time tour at Goa-mahableshwar-panchgini-mumbai at 8th nov. to 16th nov. 2010. Our bus is return at 12th nov, 2010 due to mismanagement and payment crises.

Above both comments are true. Our family planned to go for vacation to Goa- Mahabaleshwar- Lonavala- Mumbai and we had to face bunch of problems everyday while staying and touring. We did not get food for 5 times. Even the hotels they showed us before taking off this tour, was not the same where we stayed. During the tour, manager ran away and we had to collect all diesel expenses to reach to Ahmedabad. We tried to contact this cheater Kalpesh Panara but he is not responding at all. This time we have to do something so people do not trust on this type of fake travel agencies. We need to get refund for this harassment but we are not sure how should we complaint and how to proceed this with consumer forum office.

I would say, " We all should complaint against this agency and get refund and lock them forever."

Travel Time Holiday — Fraud

i have book 4 ticket for go goa tour which is arranged by travel time holidays,ahmedabad owner is kalpesh. when we reach goa [at jackpot inn hotel] on 10th of nov.we have seen that two bus passenger of travel time packege are waitting for their rooms no accomodation is given them. Also we didnot get any rooms in hotel [jack pot inn]. when we contact the hotel manager / owner they reply that we didnot get any money from mr.kaplesh [ahmedabad] so we cannot give any rooms to u. so we are on the road with family.same situation is of all three bus passanger. so basically no one can trust kaplesh or travell time holidays because they are fail to give any facility and due to them we have spoil over holiday. and waiting for him when he will give back our money.

To All Who Read the Complaint,
This is to inform you all that due to some unavoidable circumstances Mr Panara's tour had some problem in the past but right now all his tours are running alright and no problem what so ever is been faced in his tours. I am Rudresh, the same person who wrote the above complaint and right now I am in continuation with Mr.Panara's Special Kerela Tour. I am enjoying the tour and request you all to co operate with him so that he can provide all o[censored]s the good service which he is currently providing to me in my tour.

I am Rudresh here saying that due to some misunderstanding happened in the past I wrote the above complaint but right now I am in the tour organised by Mr Panara under the Lable of TRAVEL TIME HOLIDAYS and I am enjoying it at its peak. The Hotels provided to me are very nice and the transportation arrangement made is also really nice.
I am fully satisfied with the service provided to me and really enjoying my stay here in KERELA.

kalpesh panara ia totally cheater person, do not go on words of mr rudresh, he is taking booking money from clients and not giving any service or refund to the client, 100% cheater person, and also his daughter hiral panara she is also been the part of his cheater gang.
