[Resolved]  travelport — cheated for not informing charges properly and denying to revert

my self Vijay Singh rautela, As per i received a call on dated 10th may 2010 in my no. [protected] travel port executive told me new package about dinning card & holiday packages & discount cards. he tell me he will give all the facility without any charges i ask him many times about charges he say its just for randomly selected customer & company provide this facility for just taking good customer database that's why company provide such thing without any charges & this facility giving me against my credit card. No surcharges & hidden charges on it he just required my card no. in my mobile no. & i provide him but after that rs. 4999/- debited from my credit card account. i informed in travel port customer care no. but no revert found again i received many calls today but after discussion with travel port executives he just say OK i will take this case with his manager & confirm me but again travel port executive call me & say to me confirm your address we have to send courier. & your account already debited & you put your CC details yourself so you have to received the courier i inform him again the query but he just say confirm address & cut the call.
