[Resolved]  Trilok Gas Agency Adyar Chennai / Indane Gas — Worst service

The Delivery man Krishnan and team demands extra 40 Rupees during delivery of cylinder in Thuraipakkam area. If not given they are threatening us that the next cylinder will be leaky or damaged or will not be delivered. Please take necessary action due to our monthly budget increases gradually.

Never responds to any calls and very difficult to even book a cyllinder.

I have booked cyllinder 20 days back but still not got delivered, If able to contact them after long try on phone line they simply says it will be deliverd by tomorrow and they used to cut the line. This is going on form last 10 days.

Triloks Gas Agency / Indane — Contact numbers are always busy

The contact numbers of Triloks Gas Agency, Adyar, Chennai, which are given for Gas refill are always busy. We have to try days together to get any one number connected. Not sure whether the phone is actually busy or it's kept aside.
It's extremely difficult to contact these people for refilling gas....

i have booked the cylinder before 40 days and til now it is not delivered, it i very shame that the lady who attends the call doesnot respond, and talking rude to the customer and cutting the abruptly.i request the authority to take severe action towards the problem.

True, i guess whole team is involved in some fraud business. i am staying since 2yrs, every time i face the same problem.

I Agree with you guys .. First time when i went to the Agency for booking a domestic cylinder, i was informed that its not available and the elderly person whoz incharge gave me sugestion to buy a commercial for the time being and charged an amount 350 extra as his personal charges apart from the deposit (RS1650) and the additional charges of 700 ( gas stove bound -200, Inspection charges 250 rubber tube 170, admin charge 45 and others 45) . in nov 1st week i booked for the cylinder which i never got . Later i got clearance for the domestic connection. For Inspection itself he it took two weeks . finally i got the connection on 8th Jan . Again i had to pay the deposit which is valid but i had to pay Rs700 as mentioned above . the person who came for inspection took an amount Rs 100 as his charges. Two days later i received the cylinder whose price is RS 352 but i had to pay Rs 400 . when i tried connecting the cylinder to the regulator the gas was leaking . the regulator is in good condition. when i called the Agency they told me they will send a mechanic foran additional charge of RS 70 . I dont understand one thing, they gave me the faulty cylinder and instead if replacing the cylinder they are charging . the irony is no one turned up. i went to the office but no response.

It is true...I came to chennai from Andhra and applied for transfer in Trilok.They told that i will receive the cylinder with in three days and charged 1670(Original cost 1250+150=1400/-). they have charged 270 extra.
After three days daily i am calling to those people one day they will say today you will receive, the other day it takes one week and some times no power we cant check the details
Such a worst service from them and not not even they wont respond properly to our calls.
Indian oil should take necessary action on them

Could one of you tell me the contact phone numbers of the agency that works. I have been continously trying their numbers for five days, but no one picks up or its always busy. Please helps

i agreewith you. what u have complained about triloks agency is100% correct.many times happened to me also .i too complained but no action has been taken yet.i booked on 21st april 2011 but not yet delivered.i want to know why the authorities not taking action against them.

I agree with Annamal and the rest here...Trilok Gas service has the worst service ever. The cylinder delivery man charges 40 rupees and I gave him only 20 last time. And he took 60 rupees for delivery one cylinder worth 400 rupees today saying my wife that I owe him the extra 20 from last time...I called the company and they said they will take the issue to the owner and he will call me up but so far no call from them. The cylinder I ordered was some 27 days ago and I get some 20 messages from them saying cash memo generated and immediately after 10 mins I get a message saying cash memo cancelled once in every two days.

Wanted to change to a different agency but before that would like to write to Indian Oil about this...So if anyone wanted to join the complaint you can provide you consumer number here or can call me at [protected] we can take action..

never responds to the calls. How to get information from these adamant people regarding form 3 and form 4. very worst agency

Worst gas agency!!! extremely difficult to get in touch with them... my cylinder which was booked has been delivered as per their records - but i never got it.. i am following for the last 10 days - but no response...i was told to book anotjer cylinder - which i did - but not delivered still... I think that we are being taken for a ride and i want to formally lodge a complaint against this agency...

Worst Gas Agency. On my refill, got an message that Cylinder has been delivered, but none was delivered to home. Clearly they're following fradulent practice of giving away customer cylinder to others. It's 10 days since, but still have not got the cylinder.

And calling their office is test of patience, for every time either phone rings - no one picks up or always engaged. And on those rare occasions you get your call picked up, with in a minute the lady would state that we'll check on this and cuts the call and as expected, nothing happens.

Not the first time, this is happening to me, and everytime the same story.
