This is not true, offer of appointment is given after joining, in some cases would have delayed since employee may have calrifications. They also get excel sheet of thier computation of total salary before joining . Employees are joning only based on this.Three months notice period condition stated in the employees hand book itself and narrated during the time of induction. This company toleartes even non performance most of the time more than the normal period in most of the cases. It is a professionally manged company even though it is small.company many rules are follwed. Me and many of friends enjoyed working.

In continuation to my earlier discussion I just found that after discussing with the company there was no employee by the name KARUNAKARAN they have ever employed. It appears that no such person in the company in the last 7 years they have employed with this name and they have surprised. This is for your information.
