My name is AZIR UDDIN CHOWDHURY, Vill.- Paschim Moudonga, P.O- Borhawor, P.S.- Murazar, Dist- Ngaon,(Assam) a consumer of TRIMURTI GAS AGENCY(INDANE) , CONSUMER NO.- TGS 10621 ,CARD SERIAL NO.- 9512467 HOJAI (NEAR RAILWAY STATION), NAGAON(ASSAM),782435.
Whenever I book for getting gas (Indane) The Distributor(THE OWNER) of TRIMURTI GAS AGENCY,PHONE-[protected] / [protected]. DISTRIBUTOR'S CODE- 160109, ISSUING COMPANY- IOC(MD ) Named KALPANA MAJUMDAR also known as NIBEDITA MAJUMDAR asks me to bring the gas after 15/20 days.After ending of 15/20 days for getting the gas she tell me whether the gas cylinder has finished or the government has not delevered the gas to her or gas production has stoped in all over india or I dont give you the gas cylinder .
She delevers me the gas cylinder maximum 4 to 5 times in a year.
Al though I know she cheated me but I the general people can not do any thing against her and I am suffering for gas cylinder problem year by year.
The happened is going on not only with me but also with many people.
The matter what I am going to express you it happend on 14/08/2010 (saturday).
I went to TRIMURTI GAS AGENCY for getting my previous booked gas cylinder.When I asked to owner of agency for cylinder and put my consumer card infront of her then suddenly she thrown out the card out of the room and demanded not to give me the cylinder and trying to hit me by two of her body guard.She also asked me to use my maximum power on her if I have to bring the gas.
If I general people harassed to use the goverment facilitis,harassed physically and mentally then what is the meaning of our life.If goverment permits to NIBEDITA MAJUMDAR/KALPANA MAJUMDAR to do like this then why not government tell us that it is the ligel authority given to NIBEDITA MAJUMDAR/KALPANA MAJUMDAR to use on us.
And if government has not given like this then I request you to inquiry the matter and take action on her and help me have a pieceful life.
