I am a property dealer and my client, Mrs. Vimal Sharma, booked a 3BHK flat in Triveni Heights project located on NH-24, Ghaziabad of Triveni Infrastructure Development Co. Ltd. in March, 2007 and paid Rs. 8 lakh as per their demand in installments. The Company promise to complete this project within 30 months. But in January 2009 when my client visited the site to see the progress of the project. My client was shocked to see that there was nothing except land as seen in 2007. A security guard was sleeping there. Security gaurd had told my client that company had stopped this project and planning to sell the land.
When my client had approached the Builder (Triveni) and asked about the status of their project. Builder's staff asked my client to either convert her booking into their Faridabad Project or apply for refund.
When my client applied for refund, company sent 5 post dated cheques of deposited moneny of Rs.8 lakhs without any interest and dates of post dated cheques starts after 2 years i.e. December 2010.
When my cleint approach the builder's office again they treated my client like baggers. I request all the concern not to book or purchase any property from Triveni. Was this information helpful? |
