[Resolved]  TSN Shop — fraud marketing of TSN Shop

This company is into direct marketing and intentionally targeting housewives for forceful selling of their product. In Jaipur their office is at 24, Shivaji Nagar, Civil Lines. Please under the modus operendi of this company and how they dealt with my wife. The sales man can to my house, rang the bell and when my wife opened the door he immediately rushed into the room. When my wife opposed the same he said you are the few lucky winners who has the opportunity to win valuable consumer goods at a very high discounts. And also assured certain gifts which are nothing but matteresses (worth not more than Rs100). As my wife was listening, this salesman took no time and scratched one card which he was carrying. Believe me my wife has not even touched that card during scratch. Afterwords he asked for Rs400 as the price for that scratch. And when she said she is not interested, he forced her to pay this amount as scratch has already happened. As she was alone in the house, she had no other option but to pay this amount and she was in fear that this person may even take other valuable if given more time. Although she should have faced him more courageously.
