I had ordered 2 nos of I-Games from TVC Networks (TVC Sky Shop) ON 1/03/2011 my order no: OW00004653 for Rs. 2890/- each Total amount for 2 nos Rs. 5780/-. I had booked the same via internet on their web site I made the payment through credit card transaction no: TR[protected]. I received only 1 game on 5/3/2011 via VPP post. I have compalined 7-8 times on their customer care phone no I have also sent email to their email address but I have not received the game till date. Every time I complain the operator takes all the details and says that "you will receive the game in 3-4 days." but I have not received the same till date. Was this information helpful? | 
TVC Networks Ltd — Replacement of new mobile
Sir,I had send the mobile for the replacement on 07.11.2011 to till i have not receive any response from above company. Details of product Smart phone androide 2.2. I have call customer care about the product but they are telleing part is not available and sending within ten days.But till date i have not received my mobile.
i hope you will treat the matter as early as possible.
