I HAVE PURCHASED TVS WAGO 120CC THROUGH TVS FINANCE LTD CHENNAI AND CLEARED TOTAL FINANCE AMOUNT ON 25/12/11, BEFORE THAT UR REPRESENTATIVES BROUGHT MY VEHICLE DUE TO IRREGULAR PAYMENT. BUT NOW I WAS CLEARED COMPLETELY. BUT TILL NOW I DIDNT RECIEVED MY VEHICLE AND DOCS ALSO. DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.

I had finance the TVS appachee form TVS finance copany ltd. in the month sep 2011. my loan a/c no. is UP3040TW00531 but still i have not received any loan documents from your side. My installment of Rs. 2319/- has bee debited from my bank account on each month.
I have given 6 cheque leafs to ur finance team at the time of Loan. They had presented cheque no. 900546, amount Rs. 1410/- to my account without informing me. That perticular cheque has been bounced.
I want to know Why this cheque has been presnted to my account whereas Installment of Rs 2319/- has been debited every month from my account. This create a bad credibility in others eye.

I take the Quotation for TVS Wego from Century Automobiles(Poona)& take the Scheme of 'O'%loan finance. Mr. Sagar gave explain about said Scheme but he con not explain about prosesing fees amount. I ask for total amount along with axesseries. He give quotation of Rs.57, 887/-. At the time of delivery and after getting delivery of vehicle three time I visit the Showroom B.I. Road, Pune. But know one ask me for axes-series payment. on 2nd Jan;2013 at 5.00Pm. I got call from TVS Company for Service Purpose. I gave 9 point also and after that got the call from Show room regarding axe-series payment was pending. I Visit Show room on 4th Jan; 2013 at 12.15 PM. for same subject& paid the amount.
How the vehicle release at the time of delivery. Mr. Sagar was not their & Madam leena call the Finance person Mr. Rushikash on mobile. I spoke to Mr. Rushikesh about Processing charges but he can not gave me proper answer. My question is what is seal & sign police about Processing fees. Gave me the bifurcation about of Processing fees of Rs.3100/-. How it is different to every person. Please Show me or send me Seal & Sign copy of processing charges. I had pay insurance amount before two months (debited from bank account).
But till today 21/07/2011 they are not provide to me insurance copy and orginal, i had contact with customer representative throw [protected] . I am not satisfied for they are providing information (Sarna mam & Rajeswari).
My insurance period has expired i want today my insurance copy.
Take action immediate either i will be going to consumer coat.
