We have purchase two TVS SP40 plus... but the main problems are ribbon getting out frequently during printing passbook... I talked 4-5 times to TVS customer care executive & technical executive but did not get any proper solution or suggestion... They should send any technical person at that office and to solve that problem... So take this complain and arrange to send some technical person as soon as possible...
