Dear sir,
I had bought TVS Scooty pept on 7/10/2008 from Sai TVS, Sai Motors, plot no-17/A, GTSroad, sector- 30, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. since we have bought it we had complain of vibrations & not running smoothly. so we went to dealer office for service & they changed wheels & said everything is ok. but the complain remained same. after that we meet them 3-4 time & still fault didnt removed. now they are not responding us properly & also refuse that we had given vehicle 3-4 time for this & also didnt mention it in our service book. lastly we had given our scooty on 24/12/08 & still it was in there service department. they didnt resolve our preblem. so please give solution
