Respected Sir/Madam,
Reg: Purchase of Scooty Teenz vide receipt no. 3278 dt. 14.08.10 for Rs. 20,000/- and
Receipt no. 3352 dt. 18.08.10 for Rs.15,072/-
I am Saradha Ramsai and I purchased “Scooty Teenz” from your authorized main dealer – Brilliant TVS, No.84/1, R.K.Mutt Road, Mandaveli, Chennai – 600 028. We paid the full amount Rs. 35,072/- and got the vehicle delivered on 20.08.10. Since it was delivered on a working day on Sunday 22.08.10 morning we started the vehicle with great difficulty to do the pooja at a nearby temple. The vehicle did not start on the first kick-start then after several kick-starts plus applying choke with great difficulty after ½ an hour the vehicle just moved and since it was a good day we did not give heart and we went ahead for the vehicle pooja.
After we came back since it was a Sunday we could not complain Brilliant TVS, subsequently we complained on Monday (23.08.10) and the vehicle was take for service and registration. It was delivered on 25.08.10.
Almost every day after delivery I started using the vehicle and it runs approximately 15 kms. Every day I do the cold start using the choke, we wait for 5 minutes the vehicle does not move instead it gets off. Again if I start it gets started without choke, but does not move (no pick up at all), after 10 min. only the vehicle moves. After encountering this problem for a week we contacted brilliant (Mr. Arasu, Manager) he said the engine gets cooled, it will take time. His reply does not seem to be convincing. Is this the plight of every customer who pays Rs. 35,000/- . Then I would have gone for some other vehicle!!!! Why TVS Brand !!!!! Till today I am facing the same problem and no response from Brilliant. I also asked him for a replacement if it has any manufacturing defect! No response!!!! For everything Mr. Arasu says this is new engine it gets cooled.
Now please let me know what is the solution?????
Should I undergo the same problem??? Even in signal it is very embarrassing as you know the traffic of Chennai. I request you to immediately reply in this regard as we waited for almost 19 days and the vehicle is the same as it was on the date of purchase. Now please let me know the plight of Rs. 35,000/- that I have paid for this useless vehicle.

This is to inform you that I, Satyabrata Sardar purchase TVS Streak on 16.06.2010 from Ride ‘n’ Drive (38/5, S.N.N. Ganguly Road, Howrah – 711101 Ph. No:- [protected]/3450). I am facing a big trouble.
Normally I riding my bike at city, bypass, highway area for maximum time .My TVS Streak is giving 26 to 28 km/ ltr mileages. At the time of purchase my dealer informed me that this will give 50 to 55 km/ltr on an average.
Professionally I am working at a sales oriented job sector. So I need to get average 50 km/ltr. I have done 3 servicing under your free service policy. Again and again I told them that my bike is giving 26 to 28 km/ ltr mileages. But for the two times they informed me intentionally they reduce the mileage on behalf of engine long lasting. But on the third time they told me that they have raised the mileages. But still getting same mileages. Technician informed me that this bike will give maximum 30 km/ ltr. And some problem is there basically in this bike.
Me and my friends circle as well as my collogue time to time change our bike. But we are totally dissatisfied with your performance. So we as soon as possible going to change our bike, quit to another company.
I will be very much obliged if you do the needful as soon as possible.
